& Ginger supper club
I run a supper club in Forest Gate with a colleague-turned-friend-turned-business partner. We use the seasons, sustainability and our travels to influence how we curate menus and feed people and every venture/theme quickly turns into a personal passion project. Gathering people around a table and cooking for them is my love language. We started in my living room in 2017 and since we’ve cooked at Benk + Bo, Tracks and the Ciderhouse in east London. We’re also available for private dinners/catering, interesting ventures and collaborations.

Dinner + Drawing supper club
Launched in February 2023, Dinner + Drawing is an immersive art-led supper club in Forest Gate. Bringing together a concept by local artist Layla Mohamed and my supper clubs, we pair 10 artists and 10 models for a three-course vegan feast. Artists and models connect over the meal before the drawing element of the evening begins. Imagine life drawing but with someone you’ve shared dinner with first.

My work as a freelance chef at
Omved Gardens
Omved Gardens is a beautiful, rewilded spot in North London which explores our connection to nature, through the lens of food. I am part of the kitchen team as a freelance chef, producing garden-grown, creative vegetarian or vegan inventions for a wide range of events including: the Food Ethics Council, the Chefs’ Manifesto, Selvagem (an Indigenous and arts-led collective education symposium), the annual Seed Swaps and the Omved Supper Clubs.

tiny plates
tiny plates = big impact. Healthy, easy, home-cooked and good value. That's the aim of tiny plates. A venture dreamt up with the Ciderhouse bar and kitchen in Forest Gate in 2024. This local space, headed up by creative creatures, Henry and Lara Temperley, had visions of building an outdoor kitchen and cooking for the after-school crowd at the end of the week and so we did just that. Tiny Plates is a pop-up kitchen and local hangout, offering two versions of the same, simple nutritious meal after school on a Friday. One for the tiny humans in your life and one (elevated version) for the adults, while you get stuck into the Ciderhouse's potent bar selection
